Integrations

Connected workflows. Across the systems you already use.

Connect anesthesia documentation with your hospital EHR, billing workflow, and reporting tools. Whether you work at one facility or many, Graphium supports different ways to bring information in and deliver it where your team needs it.

Integration flow: clinical and scheduling information connects through one shared data model to your EHR, billing team, analytics, and data warehouse

Connections built around your facility’s systems.

Graphium has more than 250 deployed interfaces in production. These are examples of systems connected to Graphium in production. Don’t see yours? We’ll work with your IT team to review the available interfaces, the information you need to exchange, and the requirements for connecting it.

Logos identify systems the Graphium platform can exchange data with and remain the trademarks of their respective owners. They do not imply a customer relationship or endorsement.

Billing systems and services

Structured information for your billing team.

Graphium delivers finalized records via SFTP as one structured data file and one PDF per anesthesia case. Use AnesthesiaEMR at facilities replacing paper and Charge Capture at facilities already using an EHR in the ORs. Your billing team keeps the same workflow across both service lines: the same structured text file format, plus PDFs of the forms.

We can share our Standard Integration Specification with your billing team or software vendor to review their import requirements.

Use different billing software? Let’s review your workflow and the information your team needs.

A sampling, not a list of the only options. Company names and logos belong to their owners.

Enterprise data warehouses

Your data, in your warehouse, without the ETL project.

Health systems and large groups increasingly want anesthesia data where the rest of their enterprise data already lives. We support that two ways.

Snowflake Secure Data Sharing

Snowflake is the cloud data platform many health systems already run their enterprise analytics on. Its Secure Data Sharing lets us grant your Snowflake account live, governed access to curated Graphium data sets through a private listing: no ETL, no nightly file to move, no duplicate copy of the data to secure. Your analysts, BI tools, and AI/ML teams query it where they already work, with fine-grained control over what is shared and to whom.

Bulk export framework

For every other warehouse, a flexible export framework delivers virtually any data element the platform captures, from anesthesia records to quality metrics to operational events, on your schedule, from near real-time to recurring batches. Customer-specific file layouts and transformation logic are supported, delivered to SFTP, secure cloud storage, or an API endpoint of your choosing.

Warehouse integrations are scoped and priced per engagement. Ask about it in your demo.

The spectrum

How information moves into and out of Graphium.

  • HL7 (ADT/SIU/ORU) via the Graphium Integration Client, a small, outbound-only connector that needs no VPN and purges every message from local memory the instant receipt is confirmed.
  • FHIR API: in production at HCA Healthcare facilities.
  • Epic: direct integration, or Graphium running in-Epic via embedded frames.
  • Physiologic monitors: connect supported physiologic monitors through Neximatic. Vitals stream to the chart and backfill automatically after a temporary connection interruption.
  • Still on paper? Our Collector service has digitized paper anesthesia records for 10+ years. Start analog, go digital when ready.
  • Qgenda scheduling import · wristband barcode case creation · spreadsheet upload for scheduled cases.
  • Capture AI: extract structured information from face sheets, driver’s licenses, insurance cards, and paper anesthesia records. Capture AI provides an alternative to a paid ADT feed.
  • Satisfaction Surveys: trigger surveys from a nightly billing export file, with no AnesthesiaEMR or Charge Capture required.
  • Finalized records out: HL7 ORU with embedded PDF to your EHR on your interval (5 min to daily), nightly SFTP bundles for billing, scheduled exports to S3 / webhook / email, or AirPrint if your EHR can't receive inbound documents.
